Borenius represented private equity investor’s portfolio company in contractual dispute

Our Litigation and Arbitration team represented a Finnish private equity investor’s portfolio company within the bio energy field in a contractual dispute relating to the termination of a subcontracting agreement in the District Court. The dispute related to an alleged unjustified termination of said agreement and included a significant claim for damages.
