Borenius represented Scanfil Plc in an accelerated book-building

We represented Scanfil plc (“Scanfil”) in an accelerated book-built offering in which Scanfil offered 5,715,000 of its new shares to institutional and other selected investors. The 5,715,000 shares subscribed in the accelerated book-building correspond to approximately 9.99 per cent of all the shares and voting rights in Scanfil immediately prior to the offering.
