Borenius successfully represented its client in an insider information case

We successfully represented the key personnel of a Finnish investment company in a police investigation concerning suspected abuse of insider information. Several people within the investment company’s management were suspected to have received insider information from a certain company and such information was used when trading in the company’s shares. Due to our successful defence, the prosecutor decided not to press any charges against any of our clients we represented in the police investigation.
