Borenius successfully represented Scanoffice Oy in an unfair business practice dispute before the Market Court

We successfully represented the authorized importer of Mitsubishi Electric heat pumps, Scanoffice Oy, in a case concerning unfair business practices and comparative advertising before the Market Court (case MAO:797/15). The Court prohibited Robert Bosch Oy on pain of a fine of EUR 100,000 from continuing or renewing its marketing in which it referred to the characteristics or test results related to “Mitsubishi” heat pumps without specifying the Mitsubishi heat pump in question.
