We successfully represented Uponor Suomi Oy and Uponor Infra Oy before the Finnish Market Court.

The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (the FCCA) alleged that a cartel operated in the market for plastic infrared pipe products from 2009 to 2016.

The Market Court rejected the FCCA’s proposal for fines (EUR 13.5 million) and ordered the FCCA to cover our clients’ legal costs in August 2024.
