Borenius, together with King & Wood Mallesons, advised Lingyi iTech (Guangdong) in the acquisition of Salcomp Plc

We assisted King & Wood Mallesons and the client Lingyi iTech (Guangdong) Co., LTd. in the acquisition of Salcomp Plc, a Finland-based developer and manufacturer of chargers and adapters. The sellers were Nordstjernan AB, a Sweden-based private equity firm, and Sjatte AP-fonden, a Sweden-based closed fund. The transaction will enable Lingyi iTech (Guangdong) to expand its overseas presence.
