We advised Epec on the acquisition of Bram Engineers

We advised Epec Oy on a cross-border acquisition where Epec Oy acquired Dutch company Bram Engineers B.V. Borenius collaborated with Florent in the Netherlands to facilitate this transaction.

Epec Oy is a Finnish technology company and part of the Ponsse Group. The company is recognised for its advanced electronics and software for machinery and commercial vehicles, electric powertrain systems, and assistive and autonomous systems. Earlier in 2023, Epec Oy expanded into the United States with a new office in Milwaukee. The company also maintains a sales and customer support office in China along with a global dealer network.
